Edison Lamp
Not far from the Town Hall, in a corner of the passage yard between náměstí Dr. E. Beneše and the Plaza shopping centre, you’ll find the Edison Lamp, inspired by the only cubist street lamp in the world, located in Prague.

– not available –Inspired by Králíček
In his project for Liberec, Jaroslav Róna continued the tradition of Prague’s famous cubist lamp. It’s almost a hundred years since the artistically crafted Králíček cubist lamp first appeared on the street, the first time anything like this has been seen since then. The lamp is a postmodern tribute to Králíček's modernist work. And like in Prague, Róna's lamp in Liberec stands in the corner of a courtyard (in the passage from the main square in Liberec to the Plaza shopping centre). It’s a lively yet intimate spot, giving the impression that the lamp is an artistic artefact on display as if in a gallery.
