The Technical Museum of Liberec has added to its collections the most widespread tram in the world. This is a popular vehicle that still rides in Liberec and in many cities not only in the Czech Republic but also in the countries of the former republics of the Soviet Union. T3 type trams were produced from 1962 until 1997 and thanks to their sophisticated design they quickly gained great popularity and in Eastern Europe they became a synonym for the tram itself. Every hour six birds sing in the Liberec Zoo!
The Liberec Zoo has prepared a new attraction for visitors – astronomical bird clock. It is located in the oldest building in the zoo area, in the pastry shop U čápa at the lower part of the zoo. This new attraction was introduced to visitors for the first time at the beginning of October as part of World Animal Day celebrations. Astronomical Bird Clock reminds endangered species of songbirds from Southeast Asia.
