The Technical Museum in Liberec is going to add three new pavilions.
The area of former Liberec exhibiton grounds LVT will become an attraction for inhabitans of Liberec and tourists again, because the Technical museum Liberec in cooperation with Statutory city Liberec is going to expand it’s exposition by adding three new pavilions. The first of the new pavilions is going to contain a moved exhibition about public transport, so a new space for motocycles and automobiles will be made in the current exhibition. In the second pavilion, visitors can look forward to see the mapped history of industry in the region of Liberec. The third pavilion is also going to be very attractive, however, it’s content still remains a mystery to public.
Outside areas of former exhibition grounds are also going to be more attractive. The atrium is will be opened to public and many technical artefacts will be exhibited. Moreover, new benches and climbing frames are going to be build. The goal is to create a centre for rest and education.
One interesting technical display will be visible also for people going by. In total the third locomotive in Technical Museum is going to be displayed on a pedestal in front of the entrance.
The new expositions are going to be opened on 9th of September in 2017.
