7 kilometres long, natural terrain, from the top towards Pláně pod Ještědem (delicious meal), than to the lower cable car station, adrenalin line

BOHEMIAN-SAXON RIDGE TRAIL (HŘEBENOVKA)

the longest line, 12 kilometres long, Hotel Ještěd – Pláně pod Ještědem – Restaurace U Šámalů (turn left) – Panský lom – lower chair lift station

FROM JEŠTĚD TO KRYŠTOFOVO ÚDOLÍ 

natural line, Hotel Ještěd – Výpřež – Kryštofovo Údolí, have a snack in Pension Novina, possibility of coming back by train
