For relaxing adults, the Liberec swimming pool offers steam rooms, three whirlpools, saunas, massages and solariums. Very popular is also a salt-water whirlpool where visitors can lie down as well.

Children's SAUNA WORLD is a closed area with a service designed exclusively for children's saunas and in selected times as well as for joint sauna with parents. Besides the classic saunas with a cooling pool, there are also a steam room, snack bar and sun loungers.

In the "dry" zone you can use some of the lessons of aerobics, health exercises, power yoga, pilates, BOSU under the guidance of experienced instructors. A gym is available for individual exercise.

The "R-Club" offers an enclosed area with a family-friendly climate where a classic sauna with a cooling pool, hydromassage bed, jacuzzi, JACUZZI-box is available. You must order in advance.
