On Friday 19th September 2014, the new ZOO entrance was opened. It is right on the tram terminus “Lidové sady-ZOO” link. Trams 2 and 3 (Horni Hanychov (Jeschken cable car) – Station – Downtown – Gallery – Botanical Garden – ZOO)
Because of the new position of the entrance, the ZOO Tour has been adjusted slightly and starts at the camel enclosure.
