Tips for Trips with children in Liberec and Jablonec nad Nisou, selected and recommended directly from their residents. New map “Direction Liberec Jablonec” is available now free of charge in English and Czech in information centers of both cities.
Nearly four hundred local inhabitants were involved in its preparation. We managed to make a unique project mapping the most interesting and best-rated places for tourists with children.
Components of the map are in fact comments or suggestions and impressions of those who have visited the places before and wanted to share their experience. This differs from the usual tourist plans and maps. This unique map shows playgrounds, sports facilities, tourist destinations or restaurants, interesting services for families with children.
Created in cooperation of Technical University of Liberec, City of Liberec and City of Jablonec.
The survey was conducted from April last year to the end of June and involved nearly 400 participants. The oldest was 75, the youngest 8 years old. They suggested more than 120 locations in Liberec, Jablonec and its surroundings. Most often (20 times) recommended Jablonec Dam, DinoPark in Liberec (13 times) and ZOO Liberec (13 times).
